About me
As one of three managing partners at political consultancy SNPC, I focus on the German Healthcare industry, advising clients and further developing SNPC as one of the leading boutique advisories in its field.
I'm passionate about what I do because I believe a strong healthcare system is one of the most important pillars of a functioning society from an ethical, sociological and economic perspective.
I previously spent 20 years building companies in multiple countries and sectors.

My professional journey
Between 2003 and 2017, I worked in start-ups and scale-ups within the fashion e-commerce sector, spending three years in Italy, six in New York, and another five in Berlin. During this time, I had the opportunity to experience extremely fast-growing companies at various stages, from 30 to 12,000 employees. I spent seven of those years as a Country Manager, handling general management tasks and P&L responsibilities.
In 2017, I was ready to start my own company. EIGENSONNE was a nationwide installer of PV systems. For the first time in my career, I could fully unleash my entrepreneurial drive while contributing to the energy transition.
Six exciting years later, it was time for a sabbatical. Two realizations emerged: I wanted to work with fascinating people on truly important topics in the political environment (but not in politics itself), and I wanted to buy an existing company with two friends to address the challenge of business succession from the Boomer generation.
That's how, in 2025, I took over the boutique consultancy SNPC together with my friends and long-time colleagues Michael Aigner and Patrick Walter. Within SNPC, I focus on one of my passion areas: the German healthcare economy.
The timing couldn't be better—with new geopolitical realities, an aging society, a system in need of reform, and opportunities from AI and international collaboration, there's much to do.
